“Before” Guided Tours

St. Thomas Public Library will never be the same.

This is your opportunity to see it before everything changes…

STPL “Before” Guided Tours

Thursday, April 28, 2011 @ 7:00 p.m. &

Saturday, April 30, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m.

153 Curtis Street, St. Thomas (a.k.a. the library building)

The library building is an empty cavern of potential. In a few short weeks, the library will never be the same and you will never have an opportunity like this again. Now is your chance to take one last look at the “before” library – the concrete “brutalist” style building before carpeting and lighting are replaced, new windows are put in, walls go up, and the new layout takes shape.

St. Thomas Public Library staff will guide you through the library and help you Imagine how the Revitalized St. Thomas Public Library will fit into the building, the community, and your life.

The updated floor plans will be on display and donations to Library Revitalization will be gratefully accepted.

If you are interested in attending or would like more information, please call the library at 519-631-6050 or email rcrocker@st-thomas.library.on.ca. We don’t want to start the tour without you!
