Guess what?  2012 is the 200th anniversary of master storyteller Charles Dickens’ birthday, and the St. Thomas Public Library invites you to join the celebration when the movie version of one of his best books, Great Expectations, is shown on Thursday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in the library’s Carnegie Room.  And wait, there’s more!  After the movie, stick around to talk about it with Dickens aficionado Judie Land.  There is no admission charge and no registration required.
