Costume Swap

Bored with your own costume stuff? Kids outgrow theirs? SWAP THEM!

costume swap

Bring in your unwanted costumes to the Children’s & Teens’ Information Desk between October 1 and October 15, 2015. You will receive a voucher for every costume you bring in. All sizes and ages are welcome! On Saturday, October 17, 2015, bring your voucher with you to the lower level of St. Thomas Public Library and pick out your “New-to-you” costume for free! It’s that easy.

No spending money on expensive costumes. Save yourself the time of piecing together a costume. Come to the library instead!

Costume Drop-off Days:  Thursday, October 1 to Thursday, October 15, 2015

Swap Day: Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10 AM to 4 PM

If you have items you wish to get rid of and you don’t want to pick out another costume on swap day, that’s OK! The more costumes folks have to choose from, the better. (And we appreciate the donation!) All costumes that are not picked on swap day will be donated to local organizations. Once costumes are entered into the swap, they cannot be returned. Because of the nature of the swap, we cannot guarantee that everyone will find a costume that will fit or that you will like. For more information, call Children’s & Teens’ Department at 519-631-6050 ext. 8015 or email them at youthdept@stthomaspubliclibrary.ca.
